Please join us for a special event open to ALL Kingspoint residents and prospective residents on Oct 23rd from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the KP Clubhouse. Hosted by real estate agent Pernille Carter, we will enjoy light refreshments and drinks as we discuss the benefits of KP Club membership, the difference between Club membership and a traditional HOA, Club amenities, and more. Pernille has sold many homes in our neighborhood and knows the value Club membership brings to the table when selling and buying a home in Kingspoint. Club officers will also be in attendance to answer any questions you may have about joining.
