The club is a voluntary organization owned and supported by its members. While membership is optional for residents, use of the facility is reserved only for members and their guests. Homeowners in Kingspoint can become a member of the club by purchasing stock or transferring stock from the prior homeowner.

Resident Members (Kingspoint Homeowners)

Membership privileges include use of the clubhouse, pool, deck/porch, playground, park, sports field, dock and boat launch, boat facilities (ramp/kayak storage for extra fee), all club social events, and use of the clubhouse for private functions (annual discounted rental fee for resident members). Membership is $700 a year for residents.

Summer Pass Holders

Non-residents of Kingspoint are welcome to join for the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day)! Summer pass holders will have access to the playground, recreational green space, picnic area, reduced clubhouse rental fees, and invitations to all clubhouse summer events. Non-residents pay $450 for a family membership, $400 for couples, or $350 for an individual.
