Kingspoint is a wonderful place to live. We are fortunate to have an active organization, the Club, that maintains common areas including the clubhouse, pool, deck and porch, playground, park, sports field, dock, boat launch, and boat rack storage facilities. All of these wonderful amenities are here for the use and enjoyment of Club members. They increase the property value of every home in the neighborhood. The more homeowners who join the Club, the more resources we have to care for these amenities and the more vibrant our community becomes.
Living in Kingspoint feels like living in Wonderland. Driving to the Green to watch the neighborhood kids play soccer on spring days; riding bikes to the pool on the shaded streets of summer; enjoying sunrise walks to the dock with eagles flying overhead; watching the leaves of fall change into all their vibrant glory from our kayaks on College Creek; enjoying an entire year of social events at the clubhouse with friends and neighbors; even the ice storms make Kingspoint a beautiful frozen Wonderland. All of these experiences make living in Kingspoint special, and it is a privilege to be a member of the Club that helps to make all of these experiences possible.
A Membership in the Kingspoint Club is available to each property owner in Kingspoint. The Club is a voluntary, non-profit social organization supported by its members. While membership is optional for residents, use of the facilities are reserved for members and their guests. Homeowners in Kingspoint can become members by purchasing one share of stock in the Club. You may hear this referred to as paying the initiation fee. A share of stock gives its “shareholder” one vote at the annual meeting in January.
Please follow all Club rules when using Club facilities.
