Set in the buoyant environment of the Kingspoint pool, each session combines aerobic exercises with resistance training, utilizing the natural support and resistance of the water. Our certified instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises, including water walking and jogging as well as flexibility stretches, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable workout. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness or simply enjoy a fun and refreshing exercise routine, our Water Aerobics class offers the perfect balance of challenge and comfort.
We kick off the classes on Monday, July 1st, but feel free to drop in any time. This class will replace the morning coffee through the summer. We'll resume the coffee breaks in the fall.
