Kingspoint Club News
The Kingspoint Crier is the neighborhood newsletter that was distributed monthly for decades by the Kingspoint Club. Through the years it has changed from a printed format to a digital format. When first created, it included contributions from anyone in the neighborhood and was printed and distributed to all neighbors in Kingspoint. When the Crier became digital, it continued to include contributions from neighborhood groups, and a PDF file was emailed to any neighbors requesting a copy.
The Club updated this website in 2023, and it began emailing Crier readers monthly links to the online newsletters found below. As you can see, anyone, at any time, can access digital issues of the Crier from 2022-2024.
At the end of 2024, the Crier Editor stepped down. The Board of Directors used this time to consider how to best disseminate the information of the Club and other neighborhood groups. After careful consideration, the Board decided to change the name and the content of the Crier. We made these changes recognizing that modern communication platforms have made it easier for neighborhood groups to communicate their own information in a timely and effective manner. Kingspoint has come a long way technologically since the first days of connections via landline phones, printed Criers, and the neighborhood kiosks!
We are excited to announce that we found a new Editor who is uploading Club News to this page for all to enjoy! Moving forward, the Kingspoint Crier will be called News from the Club. It will be shorter in length because it will only contain Club-related news. It will be archived onto this page and will be emailed to the previously established “Crier” distribution list. Any subscribers who no longer wish to receive the News can quickly unsubscribe via the their emails. If any neighbors are interested in reading Club News, invite them to visit this page to access the newsletters saved here OR invite them to subscribe via the Sign-Up in the newsletter.
